do people take $$$ commissions for characters?

I'm pretty sure that paying someone for hacks is illegal, but you can find all sorts of people around the forums that do this type of thing that might design what you want.

Not that I can do it, but describing what you want and telling how much are you willing to pay for quality will certainly help you get noticed.

Hmmm now that i finally found how to find threads i've posted.

I might have about 200 bucks to throw around possibly in the direction of a krystal PSA utilizing a starfox assault barrier instead of a reflector . (obviously the assault model not the furrydream adventures model)
