Ok so once again I had to make some revisions to T-Murder's thread, so here's all the information that should've been included in his post:
Last month we had an amazing turnout for Project M but that what just the beginning. It's a new year, so come out and show us your moves again.
The tournament will be held at Pew Pew Card & Games which is located at 1404 South Broadway Suite A Oak Grove, Missouri 64075
Registration and friendlies start at 5:00PM on January 18, 2013 (I realize this conflicts with Apex, but this was really the only time we could host it this month)
Entry Fees:
*Singles- $5
*Doubles-$10 per team
*Venue Fee-$5
*Venue fee will be waived to those who bring set ups, on a first come first served basis. (That means a CRT TV and a Wii with Project M)
Rules:
Project M:
* 4 stock, 8:00 minute timer
* All items set to OFF
* Input Assist set to OFF.
* Ties after the time limit are determined by stocks, then by percentage.
* Dave’s Stupid Rule: You cannot counter pick any stage you have won on in a set unless agreed upon by the opponent.
*Giga Bowser is banned.
Stage striking for the starting match of the set is in “1221″ fashion:
1. First player strikes one stage.
2. Second player strikes two stages.
3. First player strikes two stages
4. Second player strikes one stage

1. Winner announces three stage bans
2. Loser chooses counter pick stage
3. Winner chooses their character
4. Loser chooses their character
Doubles-Specific Rules:
* Sharing stocks is allowed
* Friendly fire is turned on
*Alternate costumes are banned due to potential lag issues with 3.0
