TOURNAMENT RULES:
-Any form of cheating, manipulation of the score/brackets, or general foul conduct will result in forfeiting the game.
- In the case of a hardware malfunction, the game will be restarted from the beginning, no matter what time it crashed.
- All decisions made by tournament officials are final and not subject to debate.
GENERAL RULES:
- All characters and maps may be played
- No pausing. Period.
- If multiple players want the same character, RPS will be enforced.
MARIO KART 8/64
RACE:
- 150cc
- 3-4 players
- Every person will pick a course
- Tiebreakers will be played if needed.
- The player who ends with the least amount of points will be eliminated, while the others move on to the next round.
- Shortcuts are illegal. The only exception is if all players agree to them BEFORE THE RACE HAS STARTED.
BATTLE 64:
- 1v1
- Map: Rock Paper Scissors Winner's choice
- Double Elimination
- Standard matches are best of 3
- Grand finals are best of 5
SUPER SMASH BROS. Wii U
1V1:
- 3 stocks
- Double Elimination: Winners and Losers brackets
- Matches will be best of 3
(except grand finals best of 5)
TEAMS
-If there's time and enough people who want to do it, we'll run some team games.
AWARDS AND PRIZES:
There will be giveaways for everyone and special awards for the people who place in the TOP THREE.
MONEY MATCHES AND SIDE BETS:
In addition to the tournament, we'd like to do some money matches and side bets as well. Any two or more people that would like to do this just need to make sure there is a set up for the game they want to play. Any game on any console is fine.
