Hey, did anyone go to the CPL in Dallas at the end of August? I went and got my arse whooped in the first round by a Fox, there were loads of Peaches and Sheiks... that was kind of annoying... I was the only Falco I think and the guy that beat me was the only Fox... and... there were a couple Marth'ers that was about... I was kind of disappointed in the lack of character variety. Anyway... I was just wondering if any of y'all went... it was a cool event. I got really far in the poker tourney at least!

Yeah, I remember seeing you... (i was the guy with an orange shirt that said "unsubscribe" on it and probably looked like I was on crack because I had like 3 of those cybershotsz lol) I missed the final match though, because some guy showed up late and was all pissed off so I was playing a few games with him and I thought the final match had already happened... oh well. I'm sure it was a good one. Did you use Marth for final game or what?

Bigo was MIA so the smashfest was relocated to Bluezaft's Pad of Super Happy Fun Time. The following events took place between 2 pm and, well, now.

The top 4 players took arms against the dreaded duo of me and Zac in the UTD Challenge. Results:
Bluezaft vs. Runningbrave (3 stocks remaining-0 stocks remaining)
Bluezaft vs. Poot (1-0)
Bluezaft vs. Rok (0-3)
UTD Zac vs. Rok (3-0)
UTD Zac vs. Rage (0-3)
We got 3-stocked =(

Then the random crew tournament! Bluezaft/Poot/Rok/Fire vs. Rage/Rbrave/Pie/KG
Fire vs. Rbrave (0-3)
Rok vs. Rbrave (4-0)
Rok vs. Pie (3-0)
Rok vs. KG (0-2)
Poot vs. KG (4-0)
Poot vs. Rage (2-0)
We 6-stocked them. Bluezaft didn't get to play =(

i always do bad in pressure situations i beat rok's marth wit luigi in a friendly but in the crew battle he 3 stocks me=[

i need practice in the high pressure stuff

so whenever i play a friendly. every time i lose a stock i get shot in the ribcage.......twice

that should get me used to pressure and help my game, or kill me...... not sure which

All I see, is, "this team owns you" or "i opwnerize j00 with teh 3 stock" This thread has lost it. : / I've even stopped playing smash bros, cause it got sooo boring. No one to play, can't even look for a good SF, and no one even talks about gameplay...

to be honest, I thought this thread was for dates and locations, with maybe some gameplay talk. Well, at least, it used to be. I'm just going to enjoy my Jumex and play some sf3 3s online.
