Cutscene Menu

I was on YouTube looking for the cutscences and I saw that someone with the Japanese version had a menu that had all the SSE cutscences listed so you could watch them whenever you wanted. Has anyone figured out how to unlock this? I really want to watch that scene with the giant subspace gun -.^ Thanks.

Um, yeah it's under 'Movies' which is under 'Data'
