Crossfire Gaming Presents our First Smash 4 Pot Bonus Event WARZONE. We encourage all players to come out and compete - bring your friends!
The Pot Bonus will be based on the amount of people attending the event. Once we hit 16 entrants, we will add $100 to the prize money for singles, and for every 8 people after we will be adding another $25. This Graduating Pot Bonus will continue until we hit the max of 64 participants for singles. That's a potential Pot Bonus of $250! Doubles we have to cap the teams at 16 teams due to time constraints for the venue.

Sign-ups will begin at 5pm, if you would like to pre-register for the event yo...u will be allowed to do so just comment in the event page, but sign up will stop just before we start the tournament and we will be starting at 6pm SHARP. This means if you pre reg and are not present within 5 mins of your match being called you will be DQd into loser bracket.

Be aware that Dreamland and Battlefield are linked so if Battlefield is banned, Dreamland is also banned and vice versa. Legal Omegas are: Suzaku Castle, Midgar, and Wily Castle. If Final Destination is banned, Omegas are also banned.
Round 1 Striking rule
Rock paper Scissors to determine who strikes first. Then it will be 1-2-1 striking this means the first player strikes 1 of the neutral stages then the other player will strike 2 stages and then the first player will pick from the remaining stages.
After Game one the Winner will ban on of the stages and the loser will decide on the stage from the remaining stages.
if there is any Character Change the winner must change first once if the winner decides to stay the loser can change once the loser changes the winner is locked in on their character till the next match.
Stage Clause:
A player/team cannot go back to a stage you previously won on during the set unless both parties agree to the stage.
There will be a Double Blind Ruling
This means if a player calls for a Double blind on the first match you must call a TO over and then both players will tell which Character they will pick in the first game of the set. You will be Locked into that character till the end of the first match.
Please be aware of your controllers. We allow most of the controllers to be used, but we prefer that if you are using a pro controller please remove the battery and use a wire so that the controller will stay desynced after the set. If you cannot remove the battery we must ask you to desync your controller after each set to avoid any interruption in others sets
Food will be allowed at the Venue but you must notify a TO if you are leaving the event to be sure that you don't have a match to play.
