Falco: he's just not too hard. he plays pretty well though
Roy: for some reason, comp Roy can't seem to pull off the simplest KO tactics. it's been so long since I remember getting KO'd even once with him
Marth: This is one of the intersting ones.if he's on a stage where edgeguarding is vital, then he plays at about a 7 or 8, but without edgeguarding, Marth (even in the real world) Marth is crap. I'd say a 3 at best, which means the average is around 1 or 2.
Pikachu: maybe it's because I main Pika, but I can't seem to counter lvl 9 Pika too well. it might be just me though.
So, that in mind, let's organize it into 5 tiers!
