He is the Chef from the Game & Watch game, Chef.
There is not much to this guy actually. It could be argued that he is Mr. Game & Watch basically, but he can be a totally different character.
His moves can focus on cooking and kitchen tools, while Mr. Game & Watch's can stay the same.

Moveset Possibilities:
He can use cooking supplies and food as attacks as I said before. Since he doesn't actually do a lot in his game of origin, I won't have to go into a lot of detail in this section for once.

How can his moveset focus on kitchen tools when a frying pan was the only kitchen tool in the Game & Watch series?

If a character is supposed to take from a niche, particularly someone like G&W, they should come with moveset potential. I could otherwise make a just as equally successful cause of support for another R.O.B. that focuses more on stacking gyro blocks than Brawl's R.O.B. does with this kind of justification...
