Blade Beam in the air does less damage. I think it is 6% in the air from close range and 4% from far.

Thanks for the info! Do you know why Cloud's fully charged fsmash sometimes does 28 instead of 26?

Honestly, i have no idea. I am still trying to find out why.
Blade Beam in the air does less damage. I think it is 6% in the air from close range and 4% from far.

Kurogane Hammer indicates that Cloud's fsmash hits for 3, 3/2/4 [depending on spacing], and 13/12. Likely the charging makes the spacing odd, and it's possible that you're somehow hitting the two highest damage numbers with the fully charged one, getting more damage out of it.

Your data looks mostly accurate, but given that Kurogane Hammer has all this already, the only part that strikes me as "new" and useful is the charged smash numbers [and I suppose the limit blade beam number, since Kurogane Hammer lacks that].

Also, I believe Aerial Limit blade beam does less than grounded limit blade beam (15% vs 19%, if memory serves).
