Characters as Alt. Costumes for Other Characters?

I hope these other characters as alts get the following.
- Names
- Sounds/ voices
- Models
- Cosmetic Animations (ie a pill instead of a fireball)
- Announcer recognition (ie "The Winner Is... Daisy" instead of Peach)

Keep the hit boxes, damage boxes, speeds, times, movement, heights, weights, everything fighting mechanic wise the same though.
