I am disappointed in Brawl. It's like the exact opposite of Guilty Gear. Rather than simply put in a button for short hop and make WDing more accessible, Nintendo went and dumbed down Brawl like this.

keep in mind that having a 'tournament' for Brawl this early gives the wrong idea-- because the game takes time to evolve, pretending that this is in any way reflecting high level skill is misleading.

you really want to have short hop so easily assessable? what about high jump? Don't get me wrong, i loved WDing, but wow, it defied physics and just looked weird and obtuse. Play the game, and then you'll realize how much different it is (in the good way).

don't mind the haters, there just angry that the best video game legacy in history ssb and ssbm has been ended because the creators wanted to make brawl less competitive

brawl is still juts as competitive as melee just for the noobs who think they can be good letting them know lol. its just a different game. I still like melee alot better thought
