If so, share your build specifications!
I'm preparing my next upgrade and intend to use the machine to capture audio/video input.
My current machine can only capture RCA and SVideo input and that's fine... if I want to capture the SNES's video output...
Capturing via emulation may be the easiest method, on a 16 GB Ram, 2.4 GHz Processor, 8 GB VRam, PC build, since it will be able to overkill textures and resolution while running smoothly, but for modern games, this isn't ideal.

Sure, there's the "Elgato Systems Game Capture HD60 High Definition Game Recorder," but this is not a PC component and is inflexibly restricted to its own proprietary software. I'm looking to either get a specialty component or a video-in-enabled graphics card.

So, let's share setups and methods!
