Can you teach me how to use LUIGI? i wat to learn

i just started using luigi on a tourney level so does anyone have any tips,tactics and bad match-up info for a new user?also any info about luigi's weakness's and strength's.and maybe a few combo's that you think are effective vs certain characters. All you users use your smashboards knoledge to help a player out.lol

P.S:if this is wrongly posted or you find this thread stupid pls lock the thread instead of complaining how bad the posts on smashboards are getting

Yeah, ^^^

BTW, bad match-ups are; D3, MK, Marth. For most people
