Here are the following changes I would enact:
- Inhale (B) has 25% less end lag when cancelled.
- Inhale (B) has 50% less end lag when swallowing an item/projectile
- Jet Hammer (Down B) has 50% less start lag and 50% less end lag
- Jet Hammer (Down B) reflects all projectiles while charging.
- Jet Hammer (Down B) has a slightly larger hitbox.
- D-Air, F-Air, U-Air, and F-Smash all have 20% less start lag and 20% less end lag
