Blood / Gore Mod??

Is it possible? Has it ever been done? Did I post this in the right place? Can I think of anymore questions?

it is possible but depending on the amount of detail it will either be poor looking or overly intense on the game and either way will most likely not work, have not tested it but just using logical thinking. As for being attempted maybe, I saw something similar awhile back and cant remember specifically.

For a feasible way of doing this, you'd probably just replace the "Get hit" textures with edited ones. I'd presume that these textures would be found in one of the common files.

Thanks for the responses! I'd love to see something like this. I picture something simple like blood spatters that come out of the victim. Size of spatter would be larger/smaller depending on damage of attack. Would definitely make my CF combos much more sexy!
