Smash Wii U Best way to clean the disk?

I've been getting a lot of errors telling me to take out the disk and clean it between loading times (namely when someone picks ZSS) and I'm really hoping my Smash 4 disk doesn't end up like my Brawl disk ._.
Because of this I want to make sure I do it right when I clean it, what's the best way to go about it?

That usually does the trick, but if even that doesn't work there are some places that do disc cleaning, with a machine and what-not.

Make sure to clean from the inside straight to the outside, and don't touch the inner disk space at all, just the outer silvery stuff and rim.
Furthermore, keep it in a dry, safe space inside its box or some other appropriate CD holder.

Source: a disk cleaning kit I have /w a machine and instructions for cleaning without the machine.

I use water on a microfiber cloth. Go from the middle of the disc out - not circular or back and forth. Use water on one side and dry it with another.
