Best move to punish rolls?

I haven't found anything yet about what's the best option to hit people out of rolling. I face a lot of people that roll constantly but not sure exactly what move to use to punish.

Simple: Down Smash.

This goes for every character, not just Cloud.

Since D-Smash hits both in front and behind, you'll hit any player that's tries to roll around you. It's just a matter of predicting them and punishing accordingly.

Any long-lasting move works as well, like down tilt or forward smash, if you can predict where they are going. Of course, down smash is probably the best, though.

etc, you can do anything.

I'd say that Fsmash is too risky for a roll punish unless you have a really hard read
