Kay guys, it's been brought to my attention that I can rent a venue for FREE
however there are some things that may be a little "ehh"
1. It's in a library - The guy said noise isn't too much too worry about but I would still think it common courtesy to be a little quiet, know what I'm sayin'?
2.The hours - The time goes like this :
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday; 10 am to 9 pm
Friday and Saturday; 10 am to 5 pm
Sunday; closed. I don't know what you guys would prefer; let me know if interested.
3.uhh i guess that's it lol there are like 3 or 4 buses that go right in front of the library from lougheed station - It's right beside a pool (water tiem) and has a projector...the room itself is a pretty decent size for a small tourney - aaaand yeah

did you even look at the times? that's 7 hours - so setting up at 10 - starting at like 11:30 - noonish
and being done and leaving by 5? That's a little rough which is why I think maybe it should be on a weekday
upon further thought process, i'm going to see if I can start a weekly or bi weekly smashfest thing going on
