Redact: Thankyou for letting me follow you around the whole time Thurs-Monday. I had a great time and it pretty much wouldn't have been anywhere near as good without your hospitality. Glad I could help with the elevator lol.
Jared Haikal and Daniel: Nice to get to know you guys better. I enjoyed hanging out on thursday Haikal and our set of 5. Daniel you are a super funny guy and Jared... whenever Jared says something it makes me feel nice inside. I enjoyed our conversations and time we spent together Thurs-Sat morning. You guys brought up the most interesting topics and stories (stories that were second only to Forte's) such as the man who ate the family of four and the super powers (I think that the combination of abilities to create a blackhole, then secondly being immune to the effects of a blackhole, and thirdly having super fun doing nothing, is an amazing combination). From Thursday until Saturday night where I kind of got seperated from you, you guys made my day. Thankyou so much.
Robsta: Should have lost to my techies... but that was probably the best Fair in Australian Smash history.
Forte: In a way I kind of spent my whole weekend with you, I'm pretty sure I spent a fair bit of time with you every day. You really did pull out all the stops and truly explore your role of the story teller, and I was thoroughly entertained. Some of the things you say are amazing, Mango probably wants a Forte of his own now. Thanks for getting breakfast with me on Monday too, that was quite nice.
Toshiba: Thankyou for playing on Norfair with me. That's something I don't get to do very often. Good work in both games, I'm pretty sure you did well in both singles. Thanks for teaming with matt in brawl.
Matt-G: Hope you had a good time in both games, even if the caliber of skill at this tournament was some of the highest in the country that you had to play against. I hope I will continue to see you playing and improving over the next few coming months.
Joey: I lost my voice from commentating and yelling. I only got it back today. I doubt the audio quality was even very good because we used a laptop mic but whatever. I had a great time commentating and talking to you throughout the tourney, especially on Sunday. I enjoyed Sunday a lot, thankyou. ALso thankyou for coming to get food with me like multiple times.
Tibor: O tibor you so salty. Thanks for being a very nice guy and encouraging me vs. Ted, outside of when you rage and make a chair hit my foot when you lose a stock in doubles... ... :s

I'm sorry that we did so poorly in Melee doubles. Your attitude toward guitar playing is very impressive and makes me want to continue learning about music as I am, but with renewed energy. BTW, if it stays legal, please learn how to play on Rainbow Ride ...

Cal: Good to see you again too! I've played you in pools twice now, beating your Samus was really the only good thing I did in Melee the whole tournament. Oli and Jared made our pool quite a tough one.

Mace: I'm glad you were entirely un-salty with your Brawl placing. I hope it is likewise in Melee. Enjoyable friendlies in the hotel room and at the venue.
Allens: What a total bawss. Your attitude is outstanding and I really enjoyed playing you at the hotel, even if my eyes burnt with scotch and sleep deprivation, you still made them good games. Congratulations on 5th. You really do deserve the recognition for such fast improvement, I hope I will see you again.
Nova: Thankyou for sponsering the tournament which really helped me attempt to cover my costs. (i still lost out $10 because I ate heaps of food. But will I ever win doubles?) I enjoyed playing you whilst you were under the affect of drugs... it was quite funny. Hope you still enjoyed yourself despite the hotel managements ****ery. Nice work at the casino
Oli: Your Falco is my kryptonite. Knocked me out of two tournaments now... I wish I used jiggs. You seem like a very nice guy and if I get to see you at another major I'll definitely make it a priority to spend more time with you.

You are an incredibly nice guy and you also like Starcraft which I think is quite a cool thing to be able to relate on. You are also super reasonable and I get the feeling you actually think about every word you say, because you never say anything that comes off as unreasonable or absent-minded. This is an amazing trait. I hope that you appreciate the sentiment of me getting out of bed and coming back to Novas room on Sunday and wait for you (by wait I mean lose to Marcs Zelda) so I could farewell you... even though I was so tired and in pain that all I really did was screw up your name and just say bye :E

Tedeth: I finally beat you zomg! I've been getting closer every time but fianlly beating you turned my mood around on Sunday (everything I did before playing you I lost hard, i was pretty frustrated). After losing doubles on saturday and not even making it out of melee pools (for the first time in a while) I didn't think I'd actually acheive anything at this tournament. But I did. Hopefully from now on our sets will continue be close and exciting for both of us now. I also enjoyed our OUTSTANDINGLY HIGH QUALITY crew battle match. Your commentary is absolutely ****ing hilarious and as I've said before your charisma is exceptional, you get very into it when you play. Good times hanging out with you on Wednesday and Sunday.
ZXV...T...R...P : I really want to blame you beating me on the Marth matchup, or the fact that I can't edgeguard for **** anymore, but then you beat me with D3 and I realise you are just more intelligent than I. Your attitude towards learning is great, obviously that is something that is quite common among the better players and fast learners, but your attitude is exceptionally exceptional. Congratulations on beating Dekar again. I hope that this money that you make encourages you to continue to travel to Victoria so I can see you again. If NSW ever actually gets a real scene and real big tourney again, I would consider travelling, and it's because of people like you. I found our conversation about music and other things on Sunday mildly heart warming, and the kind interest you take in the little things like how people got their gamertags is very sweet. Talking with you on Sunday was a nice end to the night. Thankyou.

I am grateful to have spent a large portion of Thurs-Monday with you, and I'll probably come over to phils some time to see you again and actually try to learn something in Melee lol. I think by the end of the weekend everyone who was in a hotel room with you at anytime fell in love with you and your soft hair. You and Forte also really hit it off. I'm semi-salty about my Melee placement.
I feel like I could've beaten Epic's Peach and V's Falcon if I just had a slightly different mindset, but eh, I pulled off some **** combos and didn't choke at all, so it is a good sign that I am improving.

Ted: Apart from being a great player (stop avoiding my attacks -_-) you’re a great guy to hang out with. I got to know more than the other interstaters over the past week and a half and you get a 10/10 from me. From rock climbing to taking sake shots to finding out that Vigorous Thai wasn’t a restaurant, we’ve had many adventures :D I’ll defs make sure to visit NSW sometime next year.
