There will be setups for Melee friendlies, but since this is my first event with this time/place, I want to make it small.
-If you register for PM Singles, please be at your matches on time. If we can't find you within 5 minutes you may be DQ'd.
-The tournament matches take precedence over friendlies. The TO has the right to end any friendly in the name of the tournament.
-The TO has the right to record any person and/or match that takes place and upload it to social media

-Finals are 4 Stock, 8:00, Best of 5
-Pause option is disabled in the game menu. If left on, accidental pausing mid match forfeits a stock.
- Gentleman's Clause - Players may play on any stage if agreed on by all players.
-If a game times out, the winner is determined by stock, and then percentage. If both stock and percentage are the same, the game should be replayed in full.
Playing a set
1. Players play Rock Paper Scissors to see who bans first.
2. The winner bans one stage from the NEUTRAL STAGES Selection, the loser bans two, the winner bans two, then the loser picks between the last two stages.
3.Players do their thing.
4.Winner of the match bans three stages from the full list of stages, full list means Neutral and Counter-Pick stages.
5. Loser picks stage from remaining stages.
6. Players then can change their character if they wish
