ASAP#3 Elite 4 tourney (16/16 players) No more ASAP tourneys

This is a 16 man singles tourney
This tourney will take place on Thur. June 19 at 5pm eastern.

RULES(STAGES)
First level is random out of the legal levels (so make the random levels only the legal levels)
Then the loser picks the next level (must be legal)
And the next match , the loser picks the next legal level
etc.
LEGAL STAGES: Final Destination, Battlefield, Lylat Cruise, Yoshi's Island (Brawl), and Smashville

RULES(CHARACTERS)
No banned characters
You can change characters during sets

NONE!!!

RULES(BRAWLS)
Best of 3
Best of 5 for semi-finals and finals for both brackets
Stock 3 lives Infinite time
Double Elimination

I will hold a chatroom on AIM 15 min. before the tourney. You need to be present in order to participate. So heres my AIM: socandrewcer. FC: 2578-2848-1921.
When a set is done I would like all players to tell me the results (honest system).
BE HONEST.
The prize will be for the top 4 players will be the ASAP Elite 4.
So then the next tourney's top 2 players will face the 2 lowest of the Elite 4.
The winner of those 2 matches will play in the Elite 4 bracket
