Are the Floodgates opening?

We've gotten three characters this month, barley halfway through. Do you think the reveals will go into overdrive to hype the game's September/October release? There's still at least eight veterans to come anyway.

Hmm.......not sure to be honest. Sakurai did say that they are nearing at the bottom of the newcomer trailers. But if they go and do reveals during September and October, then I think it would probably for the hidden characters.

Unless General Shiharam is revealed on the morrow, I do not see that happening.

I hope so. I love the reveal videos and want to see the rest of them.

I'm expecting 2 more newcomers so it could totally pull off August/September announcements. As for the veterans, they can just look the other way. Then again, I enjoy watching the Ganondorf fans cry wanting to see the Captain Falcon impersonator be announced.

Maybe.

If the roster is bigger than we're expecting we could get a flood of new character reveals (new and old) in the next two months before release.

It might depend on whether there's going to be secret characters or if they'll just unveal everything.

Well, there's no doubt going to be a newcomer video during an August Direct. Might be another one early September, a few days before the launch.

We'll probably see another couple of veterans as well, but I don't think it's going to be totally crazy with the reveals.

Some new comers may not have trailers made for them, I guess they're like secret or something (maybe).

There's now speculation that they'll show off something at the San-Diego Comicon next week.

I could definitely see a villains trailer in august with Ganondorf, Mewtwo, K. Rool and Ridley. The stars are kind of aligning, and the hype would be off the charts.
