Pools will not be announced at the venue. The time and location of your pool is clearly indicated by the pool number and you are responsible for reporting to the correct station at the correct time. Players that are 10 minutes late to their assigned station for their pool are subject to a total disqualification from the event.
In order to submit a pool change request, please send an email to apex.series@gmail.com with “Pool Change Request” as the subject line. Requests not sent to that email address or do not follow these instructions will be ignored. Pools will only be changed under extreme circumstances. Due to the tremendous scheduling constraints of this event, we will not be able to honor any requests to be moved to a different wave.
Because Pokemon and FGC events allow atthedoor registration, pools for these games will not be announced until later.
