Yeah GGs to everyone who came out. Also shoutouts to Klaus and his friend for coming by.. (do you guys have names ?LOL). Teams were mad fun aswell.
LOL uh, my friend goes by the alias Zaiga online, but his name's Aaron.

You guys can call me Kevin if you want.

Also man, I would have left sound on my laptop while we played, but I was afraid it would distract people and ****.

From what I've played of the new Paper Mario game, it's disastrous. Damn it Nintendo
the only good ones were the n64 and gamecube.

when they made the 3rd one on the wii, it was so **** i sold it away after 2 days of playing it.

I can verify this. Gamecube was actually my fave. I started playing the wii version, lo and behold, I didn't finish.

Also thanks to FGCC for posting the brackets.

Should've gone to U of A, lol. ;P

Also, the Brawl bracket didn't finish because Brawl takes forever. Currently I'm in grand finals winner's bracket and Ben is in grand finals loser's bracket. We're supposed to finish this Thursday, but I've got a linear algebra midterm so we'll see.

Do higher year ENGG students not take linear algebra again? XD

It only went to like 4:50, since we have to take everything down.

Edit: lol ninja edit Arthur. ;)

Just in the common first year program right now. Thinking of going to chemical.

yeah kinda haha. Depending on what you go into you might take more linear algebra, but it's under the name of "continuum mechanics" or some kind of "numeral analysis class" that deals with matrices, programming and such

dat cash

Math 211, right?

Yeah I wouldn't expect engineers to learn much of linear algebra, instead probably learning applied math and stuff

I think you only continue to learn linear algebra if for example you take Computer Science and you want to go into stuff like graphics which has a ridiculous amount of matrix calculations and such

Part of the reason why I'm not doing graphics/scientific computation, instead doing human computer interactions and software engineering

Err, I mean...
I'm just one of your 5000+ bio students hoping to become a doctor

I probably should have said in the case of CPSC

I don't envy the Math majors who need to do that stuff

I hated that course, especially when it's taught by old Polish guy who makes no sense

And almost all engineering disciplines too.

Good thing you're not in engineering lol, all our profs are old Europeans that make no sense.

I always liked going over to my asian friends' places when I was a kid, because I could get a kick out of their parents without having to go through being their son.
Sean and Brent from Red Deer would come over to my house almost every day for years back when I lived in Red Deer.

Sometimes my dad drove them both home

and would lecture them about life.

I cant really contribute to this conversation, but i like super smash brothers. I think math would be cool to learn about, there is always something to learn right?
