Tentative Event Schedule
2:00 PM - Doors Open / Setup / Registration
3:00 PM - Brawl Doubles
4:00 PM - Brawl Singles
6:00 PM - Redemption
8:00 PM - Waseda-style Doubles or Crew Battle

Events/Fees
Venue Fee: $5*
Brawl Singles: $5
Brawl Doubles: $5 ($10 per team)
Brawl Redemption: Free (Anyone that did not place in top 8 or higher will qualify to enter this and get a chance to win his/her entry fee back. 2nd place and down get nothing.)

Brawl Waseda Doubles: $5 (All players can use their mains, character lock, teams will be chosen at random w/a new twist.)
OR
Brawl Waseda Crew Battle: $5 (Rules not yet defined.)

*$3 will go to the ACT fund.
*$2 will go to Espy's fund.
*It is mandatory for spectators as well, no exceptions.

Payouts
Singles:
1-39 = 60 / 30 / 10
40 -79 = 55 / 30 / 10 / 5
80-99 = 55 / 25 / 10 / 5 / 2.5 / 2.5
120+ = 50 / 25 / 10 / 5 / 3⅓ / 3⅓ / 1⅔ / 1⅔

Doubles:
1-19 = 60 / 30 / 10
20 - 39 = 55 / 30 / 10 / 5
40-59 = 55 / 25 / 10 / 5 / 2.5 / 2.5
60+ = 50 / 25 / 10 / 5 / 3⅓ / 3⅓ / 1⅔ / 1⅔

Setups
Don't be lazy. If you've got something to bring, please do. I'm keeping a record of what --and how much of it-- we need.

Housing
I won't be able to house any OOC players right away, so if anyone in SA would like to help, feel free to post about it and I'll add it here.

Yes and no.

For the first few tournaments, save this one, all of the venue fee will go to the ACT fund. That fund is gonna go to buying new equipment (whatever we're lacking). Everyone is still encouraged to bring their setups to kick it off, but afterward we won't need to due to this.

After we've gotten enough equipment to have tourneys running smoothly every month, it'll go toward food & drinks.

I actually enjoyed Waseda Doubles back from the first LSC circuit. Teaming with Razer that time was more fun then possibly camping with Leaf. if it was Regular Doubles.

Awesome. Lookin' like most of SA can make it + DFW + Austin. Hopefully things run smoothly. Again, I'd like to remind everyone to:
