I am working on a mod, but I wanna add UCF into it without having to load the cheat files via nintendont.

Is this possible? Thanks!

Yes. Like with other codes, you can add it using MCM:

Code:
Universal Controller Fix v0.66 BETA
* Smash turn window increased from 1f to 2f (2nd frame requires stick > .95)
* Facing direction and input corrections sent to Nana.
* Consistent shield drops using Axe/Sung method.
* Activates -0.8 spotdodge threshold if roll is disabled and control stick is against the rim.
