A Wild Glitch Appears! MissingNo. For Super Smash Bros! (SEEKING NEW OWNER!)

Missingno. is a glitch Pokémon that appeared in Pokémon Red and Blue under certain circumstances.
Since its first appearance has become very infamous, and is probably the most well-known Pokemon glitch of all time! Due to his infamy, it could be a very cool surprise character for Smash.
MissingNo. is known by many long time fans of the Pokémon series. It also made a very hidden cameo in Pokémon X and Y. I am sure it can offer a very unique, and crazy moveset.

Moveset Possibilities:
Since it I a glitch, I picture it just moving around like crazy and spazzing out.
It could also use real Pokemon moves, but with glitchy effects added to them.
Specifically, he could use the moves that Missingno. can use in Pokemon Red & Blue!

Movesets:

Neutral Special: Tri-Attack. A triangle surrounds Missingno as he glitches and fires the projectile at his opponent.

Side Special: Water Gun. Missingno uses a stream of glitchy water to push the opponent, similar to Mario’s F.L.U.D.D., although it deals damage.

Up Special: Sky Attack. Missingno begins to glow as he begins to ascend into the sky and then dive-bomb with the aura surrounding him. If disrupted while charging, the aura will disappear and there will be no energy effect on the attack.

Down Special: Multiply. Missingno begins to glitch into his different forms from Red/Blue (the fossils) and will triple the amount of projectiles blasted at him and reflect them towards the opponent. The projectiles will go forward, diagonally upwards and diagonally downwards. This is his most useful move.

Final Smash: Error- the background turns into a blue, error message screen. Everyone is frozen except of MissingNo. this will last for 10 seconds. In that time, MissingNo. can do anything.

Nintendo made an official statement regarding MissingNo. back when Red/Blue were out:

"MissingNO is a programming quirk, and not a real part of the game. When you get this, your game can perform strangely, and the graphics will often become scrambled. The MissingNO Pokémon is most often found after you perform the Fight Safari Zone Pokémon trick.

To fix the scrambled graphics, try releasing the MissingNo Pokémon. If the problem persists, the only solution is to re-start your game. This means erasing your current game and starting a brand new one."

So they've been aware of it since it was first discovered.

Yeah, that seems rather like a stretch. Don't get me wrong, I like the idea of a reality-warping abomination character, but not even being an officially or blatantly acknowledged character makes me think Nintendo would veto MissingNo. if Sakurai even considered adding it.

A cameo isn't a cameo if the fact that the a cameo is a controversy among itself.

That and I don't see why Sakurai would promote something that wasn't even a real Pokemon in the generation it debuted. There's no reason Pokemon Company would suggest a character like that to Sakurai. There's no money to gain from it. Nothing to promote beyond "Our games are glitchy".
