What happened? Is it broken completely or can you fix it?

Note to self: Whenever you get grabbed, don't start mashing buttons and frantically wiggling around the analog stick like you do on a GC Controller.

Fortunately, this isn't my 3DS. Someone else didn't play the game properly.

Superglue, yeah. Recommended though, call nintendo support on this matter. Most recommended, play like a butterfly, sting like a bee.

Unless you play your games like some sort of ogre, I doubt such thing would happen to your 3DS.

My R button is starting to get unresponsive. And after 3 years of use.

My friend had this happen to him in the past. Said superglue made it basically good as new.

Lying about my country.
That really shouldn't be an issue, the circle pad is very, very sensitive. You have to be super gentle to get a tilt instead of a Smash with this thing.

My circle pad doesn't even have rubber at all anymore, lol.

It's no problem to me. After all, as Khao said, the circle pad is really sensitive. Besides, try using superglue and it'll work just as new.
