(3.6 beta) Regen mode doesn't work [SOLVED]

Title of the bug: Regen mode doesn't work
Version found in: 3.6
Hardware you are running: Black wii
Loading Method: cgf loader/usb loader gx
Custom Content: none
Details: I pick characters and choose a stage, then the wii freezes, once with and once without the annoying sound.

Redownload, reinstallation, and reformatting the sd card didn't help.

Update: Solved with the suggestion from another thread. I was using OSSleepThread to load, and switching to AXNextFrame solved the problem.
