3.6 Beta - Cstick Reading Ftilt and Jab when Analog Stick held up or down

If you hold the analog stick up or down and press the cstick diagonally away from the direction your character is facing, your character will perform a jab. If you hold the analog stick up or down and press the cstick diagonally in the same direction your character is facing, your character will perform an angled ftilt (angled corresponding to you holding up or down). Note that this is using the default cstick setting of smash.
