seeing that there was never a second gen pokemon rep (besides that atrocious pokemon people called pichu) if there was one who would you have wanted and why? (put this in custom content because at this point someone could very well make any character suggested)

I want Meganium but that's obviously not the right Gen 2 rep. But Meganium would be a really easy replacement for Ivysaur.
