Haha but for real, you have a point. Honestly I think Roy is one of the worst characters in the game with his MU spread. Or at least one of the most annoying characters to play as.

I see much potential in Luigi. Most underrated move- down b. Not utilized enough, in my opinion. I noticed Abate went for it rather frequently at TBH 5 and it seemed to be very effective. And of course, it's a crucial recovery resource as well.

You see a lot of potential in Luigi because of one move? That's like saying Link has a lot of potential just from his nair hitboxes. Luigi's down b is indeed a very good move and is most certainly isn't underrated. While it's very for clanking, recovery and techchasing, it's nothing extremely game changing or overpowered like Fox/Falco shines, Sheik's down throw, IC's grab game, etc. Luigi certainly does have a lot of potential (and then some unexplored), just not from his down b alone.

D- minus Tier instead of F Tier cuz i think everyone is viable in melee for the most part. Well, to a certain extent; with certain match ups and stuff. Melee feels like the most balanced Smash game to me, and that's why the higher Tiers hold more characters and the lower ones less. But if you would ever look at my brawl Tier list it would be the exact opposite! :0

Knowing one matchup better than a few others doesn't make that character lower ranked. If this guy played one of the Mario Bros. instead, you'd basically be saying the same thing.

Dire Creeper is right. A pikachu has made top 8 in majors recently more than once. Mario hasn't for a while, Luigi has once (Twice if you include Zenith 2012. At least I think that was the other Weegee in top 8). If you are going to throw a Mario Bros ahead of Pikachu, Doc has more reason.

Mario shouldn't be ahead of Doc in my opinion. Both have about equal combo ability ( Mario a bit more just cause he has better mobility) but Doc actually has a finisher. At least that's what I think.
