Note about the previous "on deck players" area being missing:
This area basically took way too long for me to update each time, and with our scene growing and tournaments being larger, I don't have time to go into each tio file, change everybody's name, or type out the name of each player who has only been to one tournament, etc. Instead of this, I will just include the rankings from the previous update. If the score by your tag in the newest update is the same as the previous, but you attended one of the ranked tournaments, post here and let me know so I can fix it in the next update. If you are NOT listed in the recent update but have been to at least 2 of the ranked tournaments, post here so I can fix it in the next update.

How was this list created?

List was created using UTDZac's ELO ranking program. For more information go here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Elo_rating_system

Why am I not on the list?

To reduce randomness in the list, as well as to ensure that the ranking is accurate, you must attend a minimum of two ranked tournaments. Tournaments must have at least ten entrants to be included on the ranking.

Can my tournament be on the ranking?
Sure! Provided it meets these criteria
- Minimum of ten entrants
- Took place in the southwest.
- At least one entrant needs to have attended a previously ranked tournament. This is perhaps the most important, because without any overlap, there is no connection between the players, and the list will get filled with separate, independent rankings.
If your tournament meets these requirements and you want to add it to the ranking, pm me about it and I'll update the list asap. Make sure you name your tio file in the format “yyyy-mm-dd” Tournament name” (ie 2013-01-19 Bowser's Revenge 6).

Note about small tournaments and weeklies: Previously I did not allow weeklies to be added to pr, but I feel at this point it is fine for them to be added. These tournaments will be added with 1/3rd the normal score of a normal tournament, to prevent isolated players from artificially raising their scores by attending a lot of weeklies. A tournament will be added as a small tournament if it meets any of these criteria:
- The tournament is part of a weekly series, or has fewer than 15 entrants.
- The tournament has fewer than 3 ranked players, or
- The tournament has no players in the top 25 of the power ranking.

Whats the lowest number we have for scores? If I'm 7th, and the lowest score is like... 10... then that wouldn't mean much ofcourse.
