  • Hey, who's the guy in your avatar? Cashed used to have it and I haven't been able to identify him since.
    Mr. Stunnaaaa what's up?
Haven't talked to you in at least 2+ months. How's life away from SWF going for ya?
Hey Jam, I forgot to ask you something when we were doing the interview.

The interviewee always gets to nominate a person that they choose to be picked, so if you could choose someone that'd be great.

    The current nominees are:

    SuSa
    Straked
    Infinite Dreams
    Firus

and if you choose one of those 4, they automatically get picked. If you pick someone else, then I'll select someone from the list of five.

    Thanks.
Hiya Jam. I have enough questions for the interview, so I'm going to add you on AIM right now and if I see you on I'll hit you up, but if I don't see you then could you please VM me when you get this and tell me what times normally work for you?
    Alright, sounds good.

Also I would accept your friend request but long story short Straked is annoying so I deleted all my friends but him so he would get off my back. Nothing personal.
Jam, I was wondering if you minded being interviewed in my interview thread/blog. Teran is pushing for you as well as a lot of other people, but I wanted to make sure it was cool before I started taking questions.

I was reading your post in the debate hall about the South (or Texas) not having the legal right to secede from union, and I just wanted to infornm you that there are / were legal reasons. You see when New York and Virginia ratified the constitution they included provisios stating that they had the right to secede from the union at any time. Now all states have the same rights, we don't grant certain powers to one state and not another. If you allow one state to have a provision to secede from the union logically you would have to allow of the others to secede as well. I'm not a debator so I can't post in the DH, thought you might be interested in that tidbit though.

    Peace, Peppers
Hi Jam. Long time no see on here. Would you mind leaving a critique on some poetry I posted in CM? If poetry isn't your thing would you mind pointing me towards a poetry expert of sorts?
Why did you retire/stop modding Blogs?

    You were a great Mod.

Also, just popping in and seeing what's up. :) How's your kid and life?
Well hey I had a different mentality in 08 too, and the whole idea of voicing an opinion appealed to me, especially since no other section would allow something like that. Besides, I still think the whole idea of how the community keeps looking for the easy way out is valid. They really don't like to knuckle down and earn their skill anymore.

I think I have a hunch what the Blogs community would vote for, seeing how they all have their love for humorous threads.
Knowing your writing and looking at what you're likely to compete against, I know you'll be a hot contender.
You may not actually know this, but your "Killing the Competitive Spirit" blog was got me into the whole blogging thing.

Also, I might get a community vote on Blog of the Year 2009 come December.
A warning as soon as these slippery slope religious blogs are posted really helps, they seem to keep it civil, especially since they know I'm hovering over the threads constantly. They sometimes need reminders though, and little fits of Teran meanness like with RDK.

One member who's also a friend of mine claimed I've become way too strict, but I've kept basically all blogs open and tightened up only on one liners and other nonsense. Now I feel your pain with them not ever being satisfied. They complain about the place being spammy, yet that's all they really seem to want to do. =/

On a lighter note, you're now eligible for BotW! So I'm definitely looking forward to your blog posts if you ever get the time to make one.
Yeah it is pretty tough, the fact that there are so many "should I?" "shouldn't I?" decisions.
Have you been keeping tabs on the place from the spectator's seat?
Hahaha no problem. Well, they're only special because we don't know as much as we'd like to about them.

    Later man.
As the moon is about to collide with the Earth? Think of the effect the moon already has on the Earth. It causes ocean waves without fail(the same way the Earth pulls on the Moon[which is why the Moon orbits the Earth] the Moon also has a pull on the Earth). What would happen if that object which already has a significant pull on the Earth gets gradually closer?(considering it's on a collision course with the planet)

As far as I know, you'd have plenty of tidal waves and Tsunamis. There aren't any other significant effects the moon has on the Earth when compared to its influence on the ocean. I think it'd also affect how much planet Earth would wobble. Yes, the Moon makes our planet wobble. It's just such a weak pull that the wobble is too insignificant to bother with.

/tangent: Even planet Earth makes the sun slightly wobble. I know you probably didn't get as much info as you wanted, but believe it or not, I know more about black holes, quasars, and neutrons stars more than my own planet and its moon:(. Let me know if you're satisfied or not.
That's awesome! History is my worse subject... next to English... I don't even know if I spelled worse correctly!
    To Jam Stunna

I didn't go with the idea we discussed. Though, I'm regretting that I at least didn't go for a similar storyline as I had previously envisioned. My one smells.
