as you can see I did mention that every oil fossil Pokemon will be Poison type instead of Rock type and that might not be too much due to the fact that Poison type is the 8th most common type and if every fossil Pokemon will be a Poison type then 26 Poison type pokemon will be added which is far from too much such as Water type Pokemons
but overall it makes sense if all fossil Pokemons are connected to the oil Pokemon technically and oil/skeleton form be seen as a different variant of each fossil Pokemon so far no fossil pokemon has 2 stage evolution so i think the oil Pokemon could grant that
