Yea matchups are pretty arguable. Normally it is agreed upon that the top 4 (fox, falco, shiek, marth) are Luigi's worst matchups. I'm curious on why @Thomdore thinks Peach is harder than fox/falco. (I'm talking about NTSC)

If I am in the lead sometimes i'll use down b. This is because its a very easy method to cover techs, so its practically free damage! As well, its a free way to charge tornado :)

Ummm... when are we going to here about this new tech? I'm anxious to hear about it. I agree that pivot forward tilt is really difficult, and underused. I think every top Luigi would benefit from it quite a bit.
