Woah... if we combine F/M, then Corrin's definitely (or close to being) the overall winner. That's huge, and I doubt many of us know that. Corrin seems like they'd be an obvious choice now.

Popular/relevant characters with potential for a great moveset get into Smash. The reason people think that "This character is next in line for SMASH!" is because there are still characters that are iconic and would fit perfectly into Smash. Development time and resources are limited, so...
