Rosalina is a very bad matchup for Ike as far as I experienced...whenever you wanna approach she will block it and punish you hard. If you're in the air she can juggle you like there's no tomorrow. Dunno,I kinda have the impression that Ike never should engage in a fight and rather need to wait...
