Let's Work On Your Coordination: The WFT Video and Critique Thread

Here are some of my matches (first time recording so be nice) :4wiifitm: vs :4myfriends: This one was my first recorded match. :4wiifit: vs :4falcon: This one was yesterday, and Fumbles was a good opponent, he just didn't know WFT very well. But he kept me on my toes!

As people have said, pressuring w/ SS and Soccerball is good for making the opponent come to you. Also WFT's quick aerial game takes a lot of people by surprise when they're in the air. You really can't just throw out moves expecting to always hit your opponent. The range takes time getting use...

Since I have posted I too have been having pretty good luck w/ WFT! A lot of people don't know how to react to Nair, and it leads to great combos at low-mid percentages. Again, it does take a lot of mind reading to get WFT going, but it's VERY satisfying. And WFT has so many troll options...

It is proving to be quite a task to do well with WFT. I guess I just need to get use to the distance of her smash attacks since I can't quite seem to connect them…not to mention how incredibly slow they are. You really have to play smart with WFT, reading your opponents moves and know where they...

I've found that at VERY low percentages, a Bair after Dthrow is possible. Also her Ftilt is amazing when utilized w/ instant turning since it hits both front and back, PLUS if you're quick enough you can follow up w/ Uair if you get them on the back hit since it pops them up.

At 4:43, the player used the Soccball to bounce off to the stage, even though it didn't hit I thought it was genius

what concerns me is that he couldn't connect DB. I don't mind that people don't care about WFT, I hate using characters that everyone else uses, but I do wish someone would do a proper evaluation on her moves

A successful DB can heal 2%, and as stated above, it powers up moves for a certain time. A fully charged Sun Salutation heals 1% upon release, regardless of whether or not it connects with the opponent. Ah! So much potential! It's nice to finally see a decent WFT. I don't know if they meant...

I don't think it does anything…it's probably just to make up for her lack of horizontal movement in the regular UpSpecial. But the giant soccer ball sounds hilarious

Think you can figure out her custom moves and post them into the Move Speculation thread

WFT talks after smash attacks right? I've been watching some streams and it sounds like they're talking, wish I knew what tips they were giving

E3 build has DB heal 1-2% and a fully charged SS heals 1%. Hopefully the actual build has her healing 4%

    Wii Fit Trainer Moveset Speculation

Here's a gameplay vid showing the potential distance of her recovery. At :51 you can tell the player is mashing, then around 1:30 he does it again without mashing. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=KehLGMAxIPY Not sure about if damage is increased, seeing as how the player didn't land a hit with...
