i agree i think this move is very under explored, while quite situational, i belive if one truly mastered each variation and when to use it this move it would be a huge boost to thetool kit.... i think theres alot of depth mixing up the timing and heights of different short hop/ full hop and...

tbh with docs cape /b reverse cape ,off stage tornado,pills and his up b ledge trumps you shuold be messing up as many recovery's as your getting gimped yourself mixing up your recovery with wall jumps, dr tornado mashing , pills from above and using the cape to lege snap will greatly help you...
