Can't we just agree to change the definition of Dave's Modified Stupid Rule to something like: I'd rephrase it to "If you won on a stage while it was the neutral choice or your counterpick, you can't pick it." Clean and simple.

And I guess that's where we have to agree to disagree. a player should be able to play on his best stage (unless it's banned in a bo3), not counterpick to it. I don't see the distinction between the neutral choice and a counterpick, especially since the whole point of the counterpick system is...
