    Samus fully upgraded probably the most powerful. wile not the most powerful Ganondorf can only be hurt by the Master Sword and can't die unless he lose the Triforce of Power.

    the Pyrosphere is not in the 3DS version i believe although i doubt there would not be a trophy of him in the game even if he is a stage boss.
