As much as I love all this depressing talk, I've been directed to this thread to learn Melee, since the brawl scene is all of 3 people and only 2 are consistently active. I live in conway so I can't go to LR more than once a week usually since my truck drinks gas like it's water, but you guys...

I very occasionally use db(all)up as anti-air for people who approach you diagonally (yoshi, kirby, dk, etc) to great effect, since they're all fairly disjointed and I feel like nobody uses it as anti air, especially since when those characters see you starting a db and they're away from you...

I'm not sure if it was mentioned but it's also worth noting that you should airstall for as long as possible if you're being gimped so the transition can save you, another reason this stage is good for marth.
