How exactly do you zone with projectiles?

I'm pretty sure your Hylian Shield is still active at the end of the standing bomb-pull animation, is really weird and is kinda hard timing but I can see it being used in the mu. Check 20XX's hitbox option to see it closely.

    [Sep 12, 2015] IMGMR's Smash Weeklies (Online)

Can me and my brother use the same Nintendo ID for the tournament? Since we both use the same Wii U it will be faster for us I guess.

As much as I love this character, he definitly doesn't have good OOS options!

Well, you have Grab, Up-Smash, Rolling and Jumping away. Sometimes Short-hop and Bair can be a option. Due to Captains Movement I think you would prefer running around and jumping than shielding... well, in some match-ups.

Show Me Your Vids! Falcon Video and Player Thread

I like how you move! I would love to play with you someday.

    I can't beat Sonic.

Sonics are a tricky match-up for the Captain imo. I mean, a character that runs faster than you and moves faster than you is not common if you use Captain Falcon. To me, I just shield a lot, if they runs towards me I know they go for the grab, I just jab or dodge it. If they go for a spin-dash...

I can't ever beat a Falcon. How are you supposed to fight him?

I think Captain Falcon really benefits from aggressive game-play, so if both of you go for a fast (fun) non-proyectile fight is most likely that Falcon will react faster and punish faster. But if you pull him to the slow (and boring) more SSBBrawl-like approach of "Shield and punish" then he is...

(Finished) Grounded Up Air to Knee True Combo Percents

Neat, thank you for this. I wonder if we can get percentages for uair to knee combos and dthrow to knee someday.

    General matchup thread.

I always have problems with those with more aerial priority attacks than the Captain Falcon. Like Ness and Pit, the match-up is not impossible but is really hard, specially that Ness. At higher percentages, he makes a PK Fire a kill with the backthrow.

    Captain Falcon's Knee

I was doing some testing and I found out that you can actually land a dair to knee as a true combo. I found out that you have less landing frames if you do certain timing with the dair, thought is barely noticeable (actually I'm not 100% sure, but it seems so). This happens if you are fast...

    Captain Falcon's Knee

What about nair to knee? I have landed some but I'm not sure if its a true combo. Maybe not a true combo, but fun to watch nonetheless: http://webmshare.com/eXada How do you post wembs in here?

    Falcon Patch! 1.0.4

I'm pretty sure that was before the patch. But I think It was with more percentage damage. Yeah, actually; once I played a small tourney and I killed some Marth twice with the d-throw to knee combo at around 60 near the ledge. You can kill several characters this way , but the DI read is...

    Falcon Patch! 1.0.4

Im not quite sure but I think is in the lower part of the hitbox. If you are above the other character it has much more chance to spike.

    Falcon Patch! 1.0.4

I still have the 1.0.3 version of the game and the Captain had a walking down tilt and up tilt. I can try more stuff for you guys when I come back after class.

    Falcon Patch! 1.0.4

Oh, man. That's terrible for me at least. That slide was a really useful technique in general but mostly against Rosalina players since you could slide-grab and immediately d-thrown to follow up out of Luma's range.
