I think that Kirby will most likely get access to all the Thunder moves, but he will lose the power permanently when that single tome runs out of uses, and he will have to copy Robin again for another tome.

I can easily see Ruin as being a higher power dark magic move that has no healing, since Ruin raises critical rate by an automatic 50% in the game.
