Probably just because I suck at using Luigi's Down B effectively. I'll try it out when I can! (Even though I suck at teching too...)

I lowered the difficulty to Medium, but Easy is reserved for characters able to go under the stage with ease, even if you are really bad with said character. I've only used Peach like, four times, and I really dislike her too. But going under the stage with her is a breeze, honestly.
