How should I be platform wavelanding?

Ah Kadano with the good info. yeah just keep practicing. watch for when marth's knees reach the platform and then waveland. my friend was telling me how most of the characters "land" before their feet actually appear to touch the platform/stage. so to get those super crispy wavelands that the...

I wonder if edge-cancelled aerials will be included or excluded from the l cancel percentage

    Appropriate applications for forward B?

I agree with djmath. If you mess up your recovery and get too close to the stage before the up b/jump you can throw out a side b to cover (or fair). side b-> uptilt destroys floaties and also fox at a higher percent. aerial side b combos into up air or really a majority of marth's aerials (di...

    Handling Falco Shield Pressure

wavedash oos is definitely a good option. shield grab is still an option if they mess up their shield pressure, so just watch for if they get stuck in shine or miss a fast fall. mix up sdi i'd say so they don't know where you're going each time. di-ing out of the combo is alright. marth isn't...

    Marth Questions

You'll have to spend time in training mode or something to practice movement (dash dancing, wavedashing, wavelanding) and then you'll have to practice that movement in a match situation (totally different). During a match try to do a wavedash back to get out of pressure, or in between stocks...

The C-stick is for smash DI. Look up a thread on DI and I know that it will have information on regular DI (analog stick) and smash DI (C-stick and analog stick). Playing more will help with all types of DI (survival, combo, smash). Every time you get hit try to DI. Whether you are at 0% or 200%...

    fSmash Alternatives?

If you can surprise them with a f smash that takes away their jump that's a good option. I had the same problem as you, I would f smash too much in the neutral game. To remedy it I played someone who could punish me hard for it (like DSL said) and I started to learn what moves worked best in...

    Jigglypuff help?

Puff is an annoying matchup. If you can get a tipper that kills Puff super early. Otherwise she lives forever and you might have to dash around and try to sneak in a side b -> up tilt or tippered f tilt I guess. I think f tilt is a good tool against Puff. Definitely have to be super patient...

    Ken Combo Percentages

The armada leffen video from above is brilliant. Mostly just read their DI. Go for reverse fair/bair ken combos cause they are cool.

How do I apply pressure with Marth?

I agree with the above. Depending on the matchup if you can keep them around the range of Marth's disjointed hitbox that will make them respect the space that you are controlling. You can throw out safe fairs, but you don't even have to keep hitboxes out. If they do something silly at that...
