My latest ForGlory highlight reel: Super Fighting Robot - Vol.2, let me know what you think (please be gentle I made it on my phone lol)

"Who WAS That?" The Player-Finder Thread

Thanks man, I really appreciate the time you took to post this message. I thoroughly enjoyed our matches as well your Peach was really tough to fight against. You had me on my toes more than once. I've been working hard to develop a more aggressive Megaman style (less lemon spam more tricks)...

A little collection of my favourite For Glory wins over the past few months. I'm hoping to do one of these every month from now on.

The neutral: metal blade or lemons, which do you use more?

I play an aggressive MM so metal blade mix ups FTW!!

    Metal blade acquisition mini-guide

I'm not sure what category it fits into technically. But if you can't add it to the list because of this then that's not a problem. I generally use it to pick up metal blades already in the ground (which can be done from a short hop) or after a full hop down or diagonal blade. It's a nice...

    Metal blade acquisition mini-guide

Edited post: I was thinking abstractly with my original post so I've taken my post. Tech is definitely known. Apologies for hyping it up. Thus is the life of a fighting game scientist. Sometimes you find gold but other times you find nothing *blushes :p

Dr. Light Capsule - Video and Critique Thread

Hi guys I was talking about practical uses for this: This was my original video, the practical application vid was to see if it had any uses in a real match. Z-dropping & then shooting pellets is already a well established tech as far as I know but I haven't seen that many people doing...

Dr. Light Capsule - Video and Critique Thread

Working on practical applications for MB rolls. Here's one of the first matches where I could do them consistently due to facing an opponent with a decent connection (they're really hard to time in lag). I definitely think it's a useful bit of tech and I'll be using in future matches. Let...

    Metal blade acquisition mini-guide

Decided to go on For Glory and test MB rolls in a real match situation, pretty pleased with the results and I'll definitely be adding it to my repertoire.

Managed to do a quick vid showing the Metal Blade rolls & spot dodges I was talking about :)

I think WFT benefits a lot from Sliding Pivots, been trying some stuff out with her and thought I'd share what I found:
