Which character has the best edge game?

Spotdodge, roll, and jab. Done perfectly Marth gets 4 frames of actionable invincibility from the ledge, spotdodge comes out on frame 2 and both roll and jab come out on frame 4. Nothing stellar by any means but decent as mixups provided that they aren't overused.

Which character has the best edge game?

I agree that Marth's options from the ledge are severely lacking compared to other characters but I wouldn't say they "suck". He does have a few fully invincible ledge options that are decent if they aren't used too much.

20XX 4.05 ai too good to practice?

I honestly think the only thing the 20XX A.I is good for is getting used to playing against higher tempo playstyles. They still have very specific habits that can be easily exploited and tend to SD a lot.

    Bad Habits

Focus on getting rid of one bad habit at a time. For instance: over a series of games put all of your focus on just not shield grabbing. Don't worry about anything else, just don't shield grab and try using alternative methods of escaping pressure. Remember that at the early stage of development...

    SBC for Running Dolphin Melee?

Then you're probably not going to find what you're looking for. For running Dolphin you pretty much need a modern Intel processor from the Core series or AMD's Zen when it releases next year. As for input lag, the monitor you have matters here more than anything else though there is some...

    SBC for Running Dolphin Melee?

When you say single board computer are talking about a computer that has a screen as well as all the components housed in the same casing as the screen? An All-In-One unit perhaps?

    dolphin running slowly

Dual core processing isn't really going to help as Dolphin only has the ability to use a single core since it's emulating GameCube hardware which only had a single CPU core.

Melee HD: would you REALLY want it?

Unfortunately that would actually cause more issues than it would solve. It would split the community between those who want the original balance and those who want the new balance to be tournament standard. We saw this happen with the BlazBlue community when Chronophantasma Extend was released...

    dolphin running slowly

Basically: Intel produces different types of processors for consumer use. For simplicity's sake let's just say there are the Celeron series, the Pentium series, and the Core series. The Celeron series is the weakest of the entire line with only two cores and very poor single core performance...

    dolphin running slowly

It's definitely your CPU that's the problem, that and what I can only assume is the lack of the discrete GPU in the system as well since computers that have processors that low on the spectrum usually don't have them.

Melee HD: would you REALLY want it?

The game being ported to a newer platform would eliminate the need to lug CRTs to every tournament we go to as well as solve the problem of a limited supply of discs.

    50 hz crt

I noticed that you're in Belgium which is PAL. Unless I'm mistaken: most CRTs in PAL regions are 50hz and I don't believe they've had any issues up to this point with it.

Melee HD: would you REALLY want it?

I really can't stand this type of attitude "You should be grateful if you get it all, stop acting entitled". Fans may not be entitled to input over the development of a game but they are entitled to the money in their own wallets while the company that makes the games is not. If the company...

Should it be legal to look at your opponent's controller to see their DI?

m8 go all the way. Bring in the mortar and start laying down the bricks.

(As Fox). Is the advice I got good, and also, how do I safety exert pressure in neutral?

I don't think "never approach" is the right advice. I think a better way to put it would be "don't commit unless your opponent does" as an approach does not necessarily entail committing to something unsafe. Dash dancing can be used aggressively as much as it can defensively. Weaving in and out...
