    Luigi Able to Cyclone Recovery without 2nd Jump!?

    I've been doing it very consistently. Changed entire dpad to special. I don't use down taunt anyways. This way I don't have to mash as hardhard mid match for a recovery. Technique is still required to get maximum lift, mediocre lift is easily obtained.

    Anyone have any tips to make this happen? My SSD seppuku'd so I'm using a backup installation to get by until my wallet can approve any purchases. Linux Mint 17 Qiana Cinnamon x64. Using GeForce GTX 680. Cheers, Cryzies
